I have been creating culinary confections for my family and friends for over 20 years. A lover of all things creative and edible, I decided to ditch my 20 year biotech career and follow my passion and desire to put a little smile on everyone’s face through a little something sweet.

But why marshmallows?  They are the perfect foil for all sorts of flavors!! I remember about 15 years ago when I saw a recipe in Martha Stewart Living for homemade s’mores.  What really caught my eye was the portion about making your own marshmallows…..what??  I never really stopped to think about making marshmallows from scratch.  I just assumed they always came in a bag, you know, like Hostess Ding Dongs, Twinkies and Snow Balls.  I immediately set to work making them and voila, a passion was born.  Since then I have developed a dozen of my own recipes infusing these little gems with delicious flavors and enrobing and/or topping them with complimentary items.  My family and friends love being guinea pigs for my latest creations and since we just saw my oldest son, Patrick, off to college, I have been looking for something creative to dive into.
