Caramel Apple and Toffee Ingredient List


4 packages of unflavored gelatin

3 C. granulated baking sugar

1 1/4 C. light corn syrup

1 can of apple juice frozen concentrate (defrosted) – 11.5 or 12 ounce

1/4 tsp. salt

1 C. toffee bits (I use Heath Bits O’ Brickle Toffee Bits)

1 C. or more powdered sugar

Easy Homemade Caramel (OR, package of Kraft caramels that you can melt down with a little water)

Optional: slivered or chopped toasted almonds
